Your intranet site is in my opinion an ideal meeting place for employees. Unfortunately, the possibilities of such a site are only fully utilized in a single case. Many intranet sites are full of dated and boring information. No wonder they are read or used by only a small part of the population. It is not that complicated to turn your intranet site into a vibrant and stimulating source of information.
